Integrated laminar flow ventilation - Example for personnel and environmental protection

Application

Ventilation and conditioning of a clean room with a defined periphery and a continual air current from a surrounding clean zone into the clean room.

Ventilation

Air is drawn from the outside, conditioned and passed into the air-lock through HEPA filters. This air and the air drawn from the building through all other openings flows to the air withdrawal area. This prevents the uncontrolled release of air-borne contamination.
